Executive health screening package cost in Singapore — what S$398 to S$12,888 actually buys you

"Executive health screening" isn't one test — it's a bundle, and the bundle is the product. Every hospital group and private clinic in Singapore sells a tiered ladder of these packages, typically three to five tiers per provider, priced from under S$400 to well over S$12,000. The tiers mostly differ by how many tests are included and how much imaging is stacked on top, not by how well-evidenced any individual component is. This article compares real, currently-published prices across three providers and explains why the sticker price is a poor proxy for how useful the package actually is.

What the evidence says

The most direct evidence on "general health checks" as a category comes from a Cochrane systematic review and meta-analysis by Krogsbøll et al. (Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2019 update, PMID 30699470), pooling 15 randomised trials and over 250,000 participants. It found that inviting asymptomatic adults to general health checks — the same basic model as an executive screening package: broad testing on a healthy, low-risk population with no specific symptom or risk factor driving the order — did not reduce all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, or cancer mortality, compared with usual care. The review's authors explicitly recommended against inviting the general population to general health checks on this basis.

This is not the same as saying every test inside a package is worthless — several are individually Strong-graded (see the grade table below). It means the packaging itself — a large, undifferentiated bundle sold as a single premium product to an asymptomatic person — has no trial evidence of a mortality or morbidity benefit as a category, independent of what's inside it. A package is a sales unit, not a clinical unit; the evidence has to be assessed test by test.

Real Singapore pricing, 2026 — three providers compared

Checked directly against each provider's own pricing page in August 2026, plus one third-party pricing aggregator (healthscreening.sg, last updated 8 June 2026) used to cross-check tiers not independently fetchable. All prices below are per person, one-time.

Thomson Medical — 7 tiers, S$398 to S$3,388

Parkway Shenton / Mount Elizabeth — Screen Excelsior, from S$12,388 (men) / S$12,888 (women)

Parkway Shenton's top-tier "Screen Excelsior" bespoke executive package is priced from S$12,388 for men and S$12,888 for women, with add-on tests charged separately. This is the most expensive package found in this comparison. Unlike the Thomson Medical and Raffles Medical prices above, this figure is sourced from search-result summaries of the provider's own page rather than a direct page fetch (the live page returned an HTTP 403 to the fetch tool during this pass) — treat it as plausible but not independently confirmed, and verify directly before quoting it to a patient or citing it commercially. Parkway Shenton/Mount Elizabeth also runs standard executive screener clinics priced roughly S$558–S$1,740, a much wider and cheaper range than the flagship Screen Excelsior tier.

Across just these three providers, list prices for a single-visit "executive" or "comprehensive" package span roughly S$398 to S$12,888 — a 32-fold range. Two other Singapore providers appear on the same aggregator with broadly comparable mid-tier pricing, for context (not independently verified this pass): Farrer Park Hospital's "Health Mastery" package at S$1,880, and Mount Alvernia Hospital's "Premier"/"Exclusive" tiers at roughly S$839–1,351 depending on gender and tier.

Who should actually buy a package

A bundled package can still make practical sense for someone who wants the convenience of one visit, one report, and no need to individually research and book a dozen line items — the failure mode isn't the convenience, it's assuming that "more expensive" or "more comprehensive" reliably means "more medically useful." Before buying, ask the provider for an itemised list of what's included and cross-check each item against this site's grade for it (Blood Panels, Scans, Emerging & Overhyped). If a package's price jump between tiers is driven mainly by Weak- or Emerging-graded add-ons (whole-body MRI, epigenetic clocks, broad genetic panels, routine carotid ultrasound), the cheaper tier plus a handful of individually-ordered Strong/Moderate tests is very likely the better-evidenced and cheaper option.

Bottom line

List prices for Singapore executive health packages span roughly S$398 to S$12,888 across the three providers checked here, and the category as a whole has no trial evidence of a mortality or morbidity benefit (Cochrane, PMID 30699470) independent of what's inside it. That doesn't make every package a bad purchase — it makes the price tag the wrong thing to optimise for. Build the decision around which individual tests are Strong or Moderate for your actual risk profile, not around which tier sounds most "comprehensive."
